1. Printing Method

We partner with a couple DTG printing companies in the United States.  DTG printers print to order.  So your item is made for you.  We don't stock inventory and ship items out.  This allows us to offer a wide range of products with the flexibility to add designs to different products at a moments notice. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

​In order to get best wash results we recommend turning your shirts inside out before you wash. Wash using cold water. Use Gentle Wash soap. Wash on the most Gentle setting also washing the least amount of time. DO NOT ADD BLEACH !! 

​For best Drying results we recommend to air dry. Do not dry in direct sunlight to prevent fading. Drying your t-shirt with NO heat will provide the most longevity to your garment. When Ironing Your T-Shirt make sure it is reversed inside out

 

2. Can I track my order?

Yes.  You will receive an order confirmation number immediately after your order is placed.  Your tracking number will be sent to you after the order has been processed and prepared for shipping.  It can take a couple days to process, print/embroider and ship your order.  Orders typically take 7-10 business days to reach you. 

3. What is the return/exchange policy.  

Since your items are made specifically for you, sizing is very important.  Sizing charts are listed on most items. T-shirts tend to run smaller especially tri-blend.  Size up if you are in between sizes.   We know mistakes can be made so shoot as an email if it happens.  If their is a product defect or error shoot as an email and we will get another shipped out to you.
